Hi everyone.
When we create a ticket the windows doesn't disappear, while the ticket created successfully. Jira works well, but from time to time replies with a delay.
And users press create button again and again, where it creates a few tickets with the same issue.
I've found that it is because of maximum connection pools, what was equal to 20 in my Jira and I increased to 150, currently Jira uses 71-72 connections all the time, but the same error appears.
Can anyone help me please, what could be a problem?

Thanks for reaching out to the Atlassian Community. This can sometimes happen as a result of either a third-party add-on or network timeout.
Do you have any proxies in place? If so please try to bypass this. You can also try running Jira in Safe Mode to temporarily disable any add-ons.
I would be reluctant to change any database connection settings or tweak any Jira settings at this time until you know the cause of the issue.
