Domain verify

I have entered my domain as www.companyname.com and succesfully verified.  Is this going to create an issue, if I enter company.com as the domain it fails verification.

Please see below, the domain is verified, but I needed to enter www.DOMAIN.com, DOMAIN.com didn't work because of where the txt file was accessible from.

Could you please clarify what do mean by "successfully verified"?

And could you please indicate the domain you verified?

Checking in the domain-check.atlassian.io, it shows error.
