Done Issues in Sprint

We have a project which is taking a number of sprints before items are ready for release. So lots of issues/stories are sitting in UAT. We have mapped our columns so that the workflow DONE appears in ready for UAT. But these stories keep rolling over into the next sprint.

Any idea what I need to do so that they don't get rolled over when we create our new sprint?

So we have had to create a number of different boards... it's all very confusing now.

Hi Frances,

It might be helpful to create 2 different boards for your project: 1 for the development team with only development items (going from to-do to done) and 1 to get an overall view on the process, with al the statuses from original idea over development to release.

You'll still be able to monitor the whole process and the dev team will have a better focus with only the relevant information for them to be shown.

Yeah - we have tried that, the problem is when we do reporting, the items are still showing as rolling over into each sprint whcih gives a skewed view of what has been done.
