Done column to only show current sprint done tasks

I'm using company managed project and a scrum board. When I've tried various JQL filters to remove sub tasks from the done column which were closed in the previous sprint, it removes all my active tasks as well because the sub tasks are tied to the parent tasks still in the sprint. My board is cluttered with old done items from the previous sprint that only seem to go away on their own after 14 days from marked resolution=done. Is there a way to clear these? you can see in my screenshot, the done subtasks were completed in previous sprints, but the parent ticket is in progress. I want to remove those done tasks because they were completed in previous sprints.

Subtasks will always stay with their parent tasks on the scrum board as far as I am aware. I think typically the idea of the tickets is that they should be completed during the course of a sprint and then you wouldn't run into the issue you are noticing. One solution may be to split your stories/tasks up further so that you can complete them in the duration of a sprint.
