Done items not recognised as Complete when closing Sprint

Daniel Theobald July 22, 2021

Using a team-managed project

Using custom issue types only

Board filter is 'project = DIRM AND status in ("In Progress", "To Do") ORDER BY priority DESC, created DESC'

Have a number of issues moved to done during the sprint which are not picked up as complete when closing the sprint, therefore Reporting Sprint burndown chat has no items recognised as complete.

Any assistance appreciated, thanks!

Check your columns and ensure there are no other columns to the right of the DONE column. Make sure your last column is the DONE column!

Thanks that was it - I had To Do, In Progress, Done and Rejected to the right of Done.

Cheers!

So...yesterday i removed the Rejected status from the workflow and the column from the board...today the Rejected column has reappeared on the board, but is not in the workflow, hence again when closing sprint it does not recognise completed issues!

Below are three screenshots, the board, workflow, and the configure board screen (no rejected column available to edit/delete) -  any info/suggestions appreciated, thanks!

Hmm....this is strange. I wasn't able to recreate this in my Jira site. Can you try clearing any cookies and checking again? I wonder if it might be related to any add-ons you've got?

Daniel Theobald July 27, 2021

Thanks - I cleared cookies but no luck.

I'll ask a colleague to see if they can clear the rejected column.

Cheers,

Dan.

Hi @Daniel Theobald

How you set these issues to the sprint you are currently closing? I've run some tests, and usually issues which do not belong to a sprint will not show on the board. If that's not the case, can you provide some screenshots that will help us understand further the problem you are experiencing?

Thank you,
Alex
