Done or resolved issues are still shown as incomplete when closing sprints

Hi, community

I kept looking for the solution for this issue, but still didn´t solve my problem, I have the done board on the right the most, and all the status can trasfer to "done", when I complete the sprint, still there´re open issues remaining.

Please help.

Your screenshot only shows three issues in the done column.  Are the other three also showing in the column (i.e your screenshot was cut off)?

Are the uncompleted issues sub-tasks? Or do they have open sub-tasks?

What are the issue types for the uncompleted ones then? You should be able to do a query where the sprint = sprint name to see all of the issues in that sprint.

Hi @anzhai ,

Check for the status mapping in the board configuration there might be issues in the unmapped status which might be in the active sprint,

Or 

Go to backlog view of the board and check for the issues apart from the done column status.

Thanks, but all the issuer are having the Done status from backlog
