Hello, we recently transitioned to a custom workflow to prohibit some status transitions.
Ever since the custom workflow, our work items are not resolved even when there status is "Done" or "Won't Do".
I double checked the workflow, and the Done and Won't Do statuses are both of category "Done". As a workaround for now, I had to have a rule for each transition that enforce the value of the field resolution.
Please find attached our Jira workflow.
Hey @Marc Bresson , you can click on the arrow (transition) pointing to "Done" and "Won't do". In the overview of your transition, after you click on it, you will see post functions. Here you can select "add post function". Select "update issue field" and select resolution and it's wanted value. Select add and publish the workflow.

Oh... It seems like it is exactly what I already did in the new editor.
FYI, post functions do not exist anymore in the new editor. They are equivalent to "perform action" now.

Yeah I noticed when I looked at your screenshot in more detail. Glad you were able to solve the problem though!

Hey @Marc Bresson
