Down for maintenance

My site has been down for maintenance for the past 3 days. What could be wrong?

I would suggest that you log a ticket with us so we can have a look why it's down. So our support team can investigate this for you.

You can go to our support site support.atlassian.com , create an account there and raise an issue, usually make it a Level 1 priority so it gets the attention.
