I have installed a free onDemand license and :
1. I dont receive an option to enter the ONdemand applicaation and start working.
2.The link that I do receive is :
"Download it here and follow the installation instructions."
send me to install the JIRA and the add-ons and not using the cloude onDemand option. why?

I dont have a URL thats the problem. I received redeem code and entered it.

To enter a "redeem code", you must have gone to your account, which has a url linking to the OnDemand instance you own.

Could you log into your account and look for that?

I think you're looking in the wrong place. (Because "I have installed a free onDemand license" sounds wrong - with OnDemand, there's nothing to install. Install implies you've got a download licence)
