Draw.io does not appear to have edit capability in jira

we have the ability to add a draw.io image to jira, but the same image cannot be edited , looking at a previous post it was said that the issue should be assigned in order to show inset commands on the image, but other than the trash bin on the right hand side no other commands show up on the image which is in xml format even when the issue is assigned to someone

1) You must be logged into jira

2) Have permissions to delete the attachment
