I have created an issue and updated the due date. Due to some constraints, not able to meet the due date and changed it to some future date. How can i capture the previous due date and the current date in single report.
I am able to see in the history but if i am having 100 issues, it would be difficult for me to see each and every issue for the dates. Instead i want to generate a report with these details.
Similar to this example, you could use a ScriptRunner script field to pull in the previous value via change history.
You could also setup a workflow to force users to update Due Dates via transition only, then push the previous value into another field using SR, JSU or other add-ons.
