There was some error during registration and my account was not created. But now it says that my project name is already taken.

When I try to enter under the mail which I specified at registration, I am redirected to registration again. But at the same time I can no longer enter the name of my project.

Hi @Anna Tepikina,  welcome to Atlassian Community.

There is a performance issue in some products currently, that might have caused the error. You can allways see the prudct statuses here Atlassian Status.

To your question. When you say "Project name is taken" i have to take it you are meaning "Site name". Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Can you first confirm your Account was not created? Instead of trying to create the site again, please try to log into the site. If you get an error when logging into the site please post the error back here (e.g. as an image).

Yes, I'm referring to the name of the site. I tried to log in, but I'm redirected under my email to registration.

I support @Gonchik Tsymzhitov statement about understanding your location/country when accessing the services.
