He have made a mistake adding the spent time in a story.

Now, we want to fix it and remove this spent time of the story..

Could someone help us?

Hi @Jorge_de_Carlos

To be able to edit/delete a logged time, first of all, you need to have the Delete Own Worklogs permission. 

See reference: Managing project permissions

After that, please do the following:

1. Click on the issue you need to edit.
2. Find the Activity section | Work Log tab
3. Find the log entry you want to delete
4. After clicking on the trashcan icon this pop-up will appear and you'll be able to remove the logged time
