Hi, We have purchased the license file for the easyBI & we were using it for almost 1 year now. Currently we got new license file which we would like to update but not able to update in EasyBI settings.
Please check the attached image for more information.
In easyBI settings -> License tab -> Update license settings, when we click, we do not get any option to enter new license file.

You have to enter the license in the manage apps section of the jira software
