EasyBi Report generation is not working

Hi everyone 

I described a report parameters which will show spent hours for all the projects .  it was working fine till October . Report from month November  is not getting generated .

I checked the system events in Easybi settings and there is following error is coming :

Hi,

The increasing timeout can be challenging as now users would wait longer for the report.
The best way would be to optimize reports as much as possible.
