Edit Screen fields have disappeared

I have all of my fields in my issue edit screen except 6 disappear! There should be about 20. Not sure how or what I did to cause this...Other users can still see the edit screen as it should appear.

In the top right corner of the Edit Screen is "Configure Fields". There you can chose to see All Fields or Customize the fields you would like to see. Hope this helps.
