Edit an active workflow scheme as jira admin

I am board admin in jira but still I am not able to edit any workflow, at least I don't see any "edit" button as described in the documentation.

What I am doing wrong here?

@Eddi BerJira/Jira system administrator need to grant you Jira admin access

you will need to contact this Admin/ or he can modify work flow for you!
