despite your articles and navigation, I am still not able to edit the e-mail for receiving Atlassian invoices.
Could you help me to find the place where to edit it?
I have Billing Admin role for our account.

I checked my billing profile but it seems like it is connected to my user-profile since I created the site.
According to this page you need to contact Atlassian to change the billing information (or set up a new billing profile)
From the page:
When you first purchase an Atlassian cloud subscription, we automatically create a billing profile using your sold-to address and chosen payment method. For subsequent purchases, you have the option to select or edit this existing billing profile. Contact us if you want to create a new billing profile.
