Editing the Description field from the Visual Tab instead of the Text tab

Is it possible, without plugins or 3rd party apps, to build a template in the Description field Text tab and edit it in the Visual tab? I have created a template now but to use it repeatedly for new user stories instead of being able to edit the visual tab it has to be done from the text tab and for many this is arduous.

For me to better understand your issue, I'm going to need additional information.

Could you please send me an screenshot from where do you want to edit the Description?
Have you already find an add-on that gives you ability to do that? And if so, could you please inform us the name?

Hi,

I am including a screen shot. I'm not using any add-on I am using the wiki language in the Description, Text tab to edit. But I would like to have users be able to input their info by only editing the Visual tab. I created the template and other team members are entering their user stories by cloning my template and then they have to edit it using the Text tab, ideally if they could edit from the Visual tab it would be a better and easier experience.
