I have an integration with CRM and I'm able to create JIRA issue from the Integration tool. However, in few cases within a span of 2-10mins there are 2 issues created. These are currently identified manually and closed.
Can we write an automation for this and get them closed automatically? Any rule can help this?

For this you will have to create two automations:
Rule 1:
When: Issue created
Then: link the issue to:
See the entire rule 1
Rule 2:
When: Issue linked
For Linked issues:
Then: Transition issue
Note: Before saving this rule, go to "Rule details" and select the option "Check to allow other rule actions to trigger this rule. Only enable this if you need this rule to execute in response to another rule."
