Email Handler in Jira

Hi All,

I wanted to configure email handler in Jira, and i got admin access for that specific project. But as per the documentation i see that i have to click on settings and then navigate to system option. But i do not see SYSTEM options at all under settings. Could you please suggest why and how can i make it possible

You will need to have System or Org admin permissions. I suggest you speak to your primary admin and have them assist with your email handler needs.

To create mail handler in Jira, we need jira admin access.

To configure Email Handler :- Select cog icon in that you will get system option. 

In the system tab, select incoming mail and configure email handler for projects there.
