Hi,
We have installed this plugin and wish to send issues to external email users (non JIRA users). When we click on an issue, then go to "More - Email This Issue", then enter an external email address as the recipient, this works. The external recipient receives an email with the issue content.
When we try use this plugin as a Post Function, it does not work. Only internal email addresses are sent the issue email. External recipients do not receive the email.
Any ideas?
