Email notification for tickets

Hello together,

can someone tell me how I can change JIRA so that the system will send me an email every day once to remind me of open tickets that are assigned to me. 

Also can someone tell me how I can stop getting tickets if the tickets are not assigned to me.

Hi Thomas,

Welcome to Atlassian community!

It seem, that for your account probably is set up Jira JQL filter and Filter Subscription. According to Filter name, you can uncheck this Filter Subscription.

Issues -> Manage Filters -> Search -> "Filter name" -> Subscriptions -> Edit / Delete. Or you can ask for do this your Jira Administrator.
