My email server use SSL 2.0, and in JIRA configuration I don’t have any options about this. How could configure more specs?
Thanks in advance, regards.
Roberto.

Using SSLPoke you have to connect to your Jira URL.
SSLPoke jira-domain.com 443
You have to make sure to be connecting to the remote system and not the localhost.

Hi @roberto_bonilla,
What kind of email are you trying to connect with Jira?
But this looks like you need to add the SSL certificate of the email server inside the Jira Carcerts, you can find more information here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/kb/connecting-to-ssl-services-802171215.html
Cheers,
Adrián.
