Email notifications have stopped on one Service Desk project for all designated recipients.

For one of our Service Desk projects none of the users that should receive an email when an issue is created are receiving them. I am not sure when this started but the other projects still function properly.

Hi Tammy, 

 

As starter, start with the notification scheme associated to the this JSD project (Project settings >> Notifications) and check if any changes to the notifications associated to the Issue Created event.

 

Also, use the "Notification Helper" on the top right corner to understand why user is not receiving notifications.
