I suddenly stopped receiving email notifications from JIRA last month (around Sep 11). I do receive notifications on the JIRA iOS app and in the notifications center in JIRA, just no sign of any emails.
I double (and triple) confirmed I didn't receive any emails by checking my spam folder, filters, etc. I worked with my JIRA administrator and they confirmed nothing has changed w.r.t my email notification settings. Other users in my company are receiving emails without any issues.
Any ideas to resolve this issue?
Your email can be blocked somehow to receive notifications. My recommendation is to ask your Jira Admin to raise an issue with the support to check this at https://support.atlassian.com/contact

Hi, i've the same problem after Jira update to 8.13.0.
Apparently no issue on log file or on system monitor.
