When someone responds to a JIRA Email, it is being rejected as undeliverable. Is there a way to fix this?
Do you mean "undeliverable"? What system is rejecting it? What is the specific error? Is the email to which the reply is being sent a valid email in your email handling system?

This is what I am getting:

I realized after the reply that the mail server isn't active. My IT team is working to complete that.
