Since 2 weeks ago after a domain change I've stopped receiving emails from both Jira and Bitbucket. The email address is still the same one, and I've already checked that the settings for notifications are correctly enabled in my Profile settings.

Checking your email on our tools, it returned bounces due to the following error:
550: 550 5.0.0 ...@... …
554 5.7.1 [internal] recipient address was suppressed due to customer policy
I removed those bounces and it seems that the notifications are being delivered now.
If the issue persists, please, reach out to your IT team and ask them to whitelist our domains and IPs:
