Embedded attachments in the Description field not appearing in some Jira Software tickets.

I have two recent example of this. The issue is with the ticket itself, not the client computer etc. as the items do not appear when viewing the ticket from multiple devices and browsers.

We just see a "Failed to load" error

Does anyone have any experience or solutions with this?

Hi Yunus. We never found a resolution and we have not received reports of it happening since 2021. Sorry I can't help.

Hi @Jeff Wynne how did you add the files to the ticket in the first place? By uploading, copy and paste, something else?

Also how long was the ticket open on your computer before you added the files.

I am aware of a token expiry issue - where if you have a ticket open for a long time your auth to upload files runs out, and could cause issues like this.

Hi Owen, it was by copy & paste from the Windows Snipping Tool.

It was one of our end users and unfortunately they're unable to tell us how long it was open for beforehand but good to know that this could be a potential cause.
