In our team, we use the Smart Jira Forms add-on to manage repetitive forms. It covers all our needs effectively. For reimbursement forms, we have three variants for managing them.
The first variant involves adding a form link to the Jira Board Shortcuts Link. This allows easy access to the form for highly repeatable cases.->
The second variant is to have a saved form template accessible for employees through the ticket. By clicking on the Smart Jira Forms label, employees can choose the appropriate form for the specific case and insert it into the ticket. ->
The third variant is to automatically add the form to the issue type on the selected project, streamlining the process further->
A great feature of the Smart Jira Forms add-on for reimbursement forms is the availability of an attachments field. This allows employees to easily add receipts or supporting documents to the form, making it convenient for record-keeping and further processing.
Additionally, the add-on provides reports that can be accessed within the add-on itself. These reports can be helpful for reviewing and analyzing reimbursement data. If needed, the reports can also be exported in CSV format, allowing for further analysis or integration with other systems.
