Empty JIRA dashboards for some users only

We upgraded to JIRA 7.1.10 Server. When using Chrome (last version) and navigating between dashboards, some dashboards will display blank pages for only some users.

Hi, we also have this problem. No upgrade was made, version 7.6.4.

Hmm, what version did you upgrade from?

In JIRA 7.1, there were some major changes done to the dashboard, resulting in __MSG errors occurring: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/how-to-fix-gadget-titles-showing-as-__msg_gadget-813697086.html

I'd check the article first and make sure you are not experiencing this problem. 

Also, do the users have the correct "Browse Project" permissions for the projects which are supplying data for the Dashboard Gadgets? 

Check these and let us know if this is the issue.

We upgraded from JIRA 5.2.5 to 7.1.10

"Browse Projet" permissions are ok

Users on LAN can access their dashboards, only "some" users on WAN are having this issue, some dashboards are empty, they contain "filter results" gadgets

Any pointers would be helpful, this is critical for the organisation
