Epic Burndown Fails to Display Completed Work from Previous Sprints

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
When selecting the epic burndown, I am unable to visualize the amount of completed work in the previous sprints. Although several issues are marked as done (as seen in the last screenshot of one of the sprints), the following message appears “No issues completed this sprint for current epic.”
