What is the formula used to calculate percentage of epic commited to completed in EazyBi per quarter

You can check the formula for any measure used in the report you have or from the demo report: open the report, then. open "Measures" and search by the measure name, then click on "Show" for the measure and the formula editor will be opened.

Usually, completion rates are calculated as completed (resolved) issues or story points divided by committed (created) issues or story points, depending on how you calculate the progress. See progress measures in the eazyBI demo account, for instance, "Issues resolved %" from Issue Epic Gantt chart report.
