We use Epics as placeholders for tasks/story's belonging to specific stakeholders. I'm able to create a report and filter it by Epic on Tempo, but when we export the same report to excel the Epic column is now empty. Why does it happens? Is there anything I can do to fix it and have the epic info on the excel report? We need to summarize hours spent on stories/tasks/bug belonging to an Epic.

Hello, you have to perform global configuration of your Jira instance in the tempo addon in order to define the custom fields to be exported.
Epic links and Epic name are not checked by default even if the column exists in the Excel file
