Hello @Sandipan De

Welcome to the community.

Are you using JIRA Cloud or JIRA Server?

Can you provide a screen image of what you are seeing?

Hello @Trudy Claspill

Using Jira Cloud, Due to business constraints I will not be able to post the screenshot.

Hello @Sandipan De

Can you obscure portions of the screen that show confidential information and then post a screen image?

Otherwise, please describe in more detail what you are seeing.

Are you working with data in a Classic project or a Next Gen project?

When you say the "filter screen", so you mean the Search screen? The URL would be something like

https://<yourJiraInstance>/issues/filter=1234

https://<yourJiraInstance/issues/?jql=...

If neither of those URLs matches what you are accessing, can you provide the URL (without providing the <yourJiraInstance> part)?
