Hi Atlassian Community!
Currently, I am running a multi-project Jira. To now get a full grip of the Xray plugin for Test Management purposes, I started to install the Jira plugin on my Jenkins server as well as for the corresponding Jira project. You can also see in the Jira area that the symbols for Xray are active, meaning the installation should be fine.
When configuring and testing the Xray plugin on the Jenkins server, I unfortunately get the following error message:
Could not establish connection.
org.apache.http.client.HttpResponseException: status code: 503, reason phrase: Service Unavailable at org.apache.http.impl.client.AbstractResponseHandler.handleResponse(AbstractResponseHandler.java:7
When I do a curl from the Jenkins itself to the Jira, it perfectly works, so I am mostly excluding DNS or proxy-failure. What could this error cause? With no other plugin installed and configured, I until now experienced such connection problems.
I hope you can support me in solving this issue.
Also, I attached some screenshots hoping to help in finding the issue.
Kind Regards,
Ben
