I currently try to install the app "Microsoft 365 for Jira - Outlook Email, Teams, Meetings".
I always receive the error message: "We ran into a little trouble
could you reach out to our support or let us know your Jira instance URL? We are currently in touch with Atlassian Support to figure out why this is happening, but more information would help a lot :) We are based in Germany, so feel free to respond in German in case you prefer!

Ich hab jetzt eine Info von Atlassian und es sieht so aus als hinge das irgendwie mit eurer Trial von der App "The Scheduler Cloud" zusammen. Die ist anscheinend ausgelaufen weil Zahlungsinfos fehlten und das hat evtl. zu einem Schiefstand geführt.
Könntet ihr mal schauen ob die noch installiert ist, und wenn ja, vorher löschen? Evtl. klappt es danach schon wieder unsere App zu installieren.
Also die Fehlermeldung die ihr bekommt scheint akkurat zu sein, Jira denkt aus irgendeinem Grund Zahlungsinfos zu benötigen (vermutlich aufgrund der anderen App), und verweigert vorher alle weiteren Installationen (selbst von Free-Apps).

Can you share how this was resolved in the end? Apparently it also occurs with other add-ons... ;-/

I had to uninstall another app ("The Scheduler Cloud") as a free trial for this add-in has expired and I did not enter any payment details. After that, the installation of Microsoft 35 for Jira worked properly.

Unfortunately in our case there are no add-ons installed to uninstall... There is already an Atlassian ticket created + at vendor but not so much progress so far...
