Error Code when filling the timesheet from Tempo

Please help me resolve this issue, why this error code screen is coming

Your bug report is currently beeing investigated by the Tempo dev Team and I m sure you will get some answers soon.

Unfortunately we can't reproduce this so some further information from you are appreciated.

1. Does this error occurs for all users in all timesheet
2. Does this happens in every browser
3. Is this a new behavior in Tempo 7.4.2

1. No only one user has reported the problem

2. I didn't ask for the browser from the user

3. Yes it came in Tempo 7.4.2, but this error has come earlier whether in Tempo or other wise is not clear

The problem faced by my employee has been resolved probably they think that they were trying to fill timesheet on a closed task.
