In our JIRA Cloud platform, when we edit an issue from a dashboard, we get an error. How can I contact the JIRA Cloud support to get this issue resolved?
Error instantiating webwork.multipart.parser.class: com.atlassian.jira.web.JiraMultipartRequestWrapper(original message: null)
If you think this message is wrong, please contact your JIRA administrators.
This is happening to my environment in 7.3.4 but not in our UAT 7.7.0. Will be interesting to see if my issues is resolved when I upgrade in a week.
Sys admin said permissions were fine in our instance.

Hi
Since we have JIRA 7.2.X implemented, we'd like to make use of this feature but we're still facing this error by editing an issues from any dashboard directly.
Any solution coming up soon?

Hi,
was there a solution for this problem? We're facing the same issue for editing directly from a dashboard gadget...
Thanks,
Henning
