Alguien sabe por qué aparece el siguiente mensaje cuando trato de registrar tiempo relacionado a un issue en estatus 'En Progreso'?:
Error! La cuenta está cerrada o archivada
Cómo puede resolverse?
Somebody knows why I receive the following message when trying to log time related to an issue in status 'In Progress?
Error! The account is closed or archived
I found the cause of the error and could solve it.
I edited the issue, and took note of the value registered in the SOW field.
Then I went to to settings, accounts, and filtered only the accounts closed or archived. And could realized this is the reason why I couldn't register time to that issue, because it was linked to a closed SOW.
I solved it by assigning another SOW value in the issue, with one that is open.
