Error Loading App Requests

I am in the Connected Apps section under Administration. When I click on on the Requested Apps tab I get this error message: 

Error loading app requests

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Welcome to community!

My only thought as it happens on our data center instance, is are you on VPN? While Jira and confluence cloud do not require vpn, your VPN could be blocking it. Now if that's the case and your team has configured cloud to work behind VPN you may need to whitelist it. If not you can simply just disconnect from VPN when doing Jira admin stuff.
