Error: Security Level is required with plug-in Excel connector for JIRA

When i would like to create issu of type: Problem Report, Developpement Request, Enhancement Request on excel files with plug in excel connector for JIRA. The field Security Level is defined on customer or internal or private.

when i click on Send Issue to JIRA, i have this error message

Request failed. Received HTT BadRequest

Errors:

Security: Security Level is required.

Do you have please any idea to solve this problem.
