I'm trying to transfer an organization to another and I'm receiving the following error:

The issue that you are facing when transferring products is something that must be unblocked on our side.
Checking the details of both sites, I saw that it was already unblocked by our support team, with this said, you should be able to transfer the products to the new organization.
