Hi,
When i try to upload test scripts to JIRA using zfj-importer, it gives me an error saying:
Issue ******* created!
Unable to add testcase ending at rowNumber - 6. Error:Unexpected response code: 401
Your presented credentials do not provide access to this resource.
However i am able to login to the importer without issues, also the test case is being created but no steps are being added.
The last time i was able to do this was just last week.
Also have tried to reset the API keys, but still no go.
Create an API Token and check your username you login with. It may no longer be short name, but rather an email address.
You will still use API keys in addition to the Token.
Hi Josin,
I was not able to locate a direct answer but I found a few previous post on community and the Zephyr Help Center where other users ran into the same error viewable at the link below:
The second and third link notes refreshing the Zephyr secret key in the importer, however it was never confirmed wether this would be successful and in all cases I located looks like they were directed to create a request https://www.getzephyr.com/support and the issues have been resolved via a support request filed with Zephyr support directly.
Regards,
Earl

I tried all the suggestion solutions mentioned in your comments, re-generated API token, re-generated API Keys, etc, but continue to face the same issue, that Test Steps are not uploaded in JIRA anymore. We've been using Zephyr for more than 2 years now, and are familiar with all such operations. Please advise.
