Error after Upgrading JIRA Software 8.10 to 8.11: Software version issue.

Dear All,

We experience issue after upgrading jira software 8.10 to 8.11. The Export file is from version 8.10. This is the first time that I encounter this issue after upgrading Jira software. 

Please help us to resolve this JIRA Software version issue. 

I already add this to log4j.properties file but nothing is happen.

log4j.logger.com.atlassian.jira.cache.request.RequestCacheImpl = ERROR, filelog
log4j.additivity.com.atlassian.jira.cache.request.RequestCacheImpl = false

Did you get any resolution for this issue? as we are also getting the same error after upgrade to  jira 8.11
