I just upgraded all my plugins (UPM, Tempo etc) to their latest versions. After the upgrade (I assume this is due to the upgrades), when I click the Agile tab top arrow, I see the following message:
The JIRA server could not be contacted. This may be a temporary glitch or the server may be down.
I use the following downloaded versions under Linux: Jira 5.1.2, Greenhopper 6.0.1
Tested under Win as well, and the same problem appears after upgrading all plugins.
Any idea how to fix this?
Can you check whether this resolves the issue?

I'd start by reading the log file and looking for errors in there.
