Error creating project, 401This resource requires WebSudo.

I encounter the problem " Error creating project, 401This resource requires WebSudo.". I have tried re-indexing, but its doesnt seem to work. Is there any other solution?

I received the same error after upgrading to 6.1.6. Running a re-index worked for me.

I have encountered this same issue on 6.3.15 on RedHat Linux. Re-indexing did not appear to resolve the issue.
