Error in Gantt View, in BigPicture (Trial Version) with JIRA Cloud

Hi,

I am evaluating BigPicture (Trial Version) on top of JIRA Cloud (Evaluation version). I had setup all the necessary Projects & Boards in JIRA. Also had setup the Program, PI & Iterations in BigPicture. The Program was scoped to include over 120+ Stories from various Boards from JIRA Project & had setup Global teams as well. However the Gantt View which was working fine till earlier today morning, has stopped working & Shows an Error with a Code.

The Error says :

The Only changes i had done since it was working last time around & to present, when it’s not working is as follows:

1. Updated App as there was some new updates
2. Changed Time Zone settings

Additionally, i tried to do the following to address the issue

1. Fix Integrity Checker errors in the BigPicture Technical Configuration → Advanced section
2. Also stopped the trial, Uninstalled BigPicture & installed it again

None of these options fixed the issue
