Error in Jira Cloud plug-in for Outlook

Hi,

 

Since this morning I am having trouble creating issues using the JIRA plug-in for outlook. I have tried restarting the computer and reinstalling the plug-in but no luck in getting it to work. Can you please assist?

Welcome to the community!

Could you please open the add-in, e.g., "Send to issue", then click on the menu icon in the right bottom corner -> "Settings" and click "Disconnect all sites" there. It will open an Atlassian page, find "Jira Cloud for Outlook (Official)" in the list and click "Remove access".

After that get back to Outlook, close the add-in, and open it again. It will prompt you to connect your Jira site. After connecting it, please try again to create an issue. Does it work?

If this didn't help, please check with your Jira administrator whether you still have access to Jira Service Management as an agent.
