Error in user page service desk

When creating a page for the service desk user in jira, it presentes the follwing error:

However, when reloading the page it returns to normal.

Hi Dyego,

You can try set "-Dfile.encoding=utf-8 and -Dsun.jnu.encoding=UTF-8"  JVM arguments .
